Welcome to The Navy!!

I think what I like about the navy the most was proven last night, I went on a date with this guy and he started being really rude and crude. I told him I was leaving and he got all mad and started talking about how it was okay he could find someone else. I left and I didn't know what to do, I was all alone in northern Chicago. But then I saw A group of them. Shipmates in uniform, and I walked right up to them, and just like that we got along, It doesn't matter if you know them, You get along with other shipmates, and you ALWAYS fit in!! And you will always be Shipmates, and we always have eachothers back, weither we know them or not. And that makes me proud to be a sailor of the United States Navy!
Most People would take a look at this sign, and think, WHAT THE HECK IS IT TALKING ABOUT?!!
But as for us navy personnel, its just another sign,
A scuttlebutt is the drinking fountain.

These are our barracks. I sleep on the one on my right, so not your right MY right. And Hacker sleeps on the Left. Our Lockers are behind us, and that is where we keep EVERYTHING!! Small space right??

Just sneaking in a nap before Duty Muster!

O this is one of our cuby holes, It always has to be empty, so therefore PERFECT place to climb into and take a nap, because during the day, If we are caught in our rack sleeping, We get a red card, not as bad as Boot Camp, it pretty much just means if you get two your Phase 1 Alpha for 2 weeks, which means, no leaving base and no Civies!! (civilian Clothes) I would go crazy.

Strike a pose as I'm walking to get geedunk for Arien!!
And Yes Geedunk Is A real Word!!
It means Junk Food :D
Me Love It!!

DUCES!! (it means Peace. or laters, or goodbye, which ever you like)

This is Arien Bishoff, we are pretty good friends, now, and EVERYONE thinks we are cousins!
I think we get along best because she's from Jerome Idaho, and I'm from Rupert Idaho.

"if you make fun of us IDAHOIANS one more time...."
Everyone teases us from being from Idaho, You name it and we've heard it.
It's really Ironic too, because I was a Nanny in Maine when I dep'd in (joined) and She was in Colorado. She was put in My sister Div. 186 I was in 187. We never talked until probably the last week, and thats when we found out we were both from Idaho, and it made me laugh because, we ALWAYS got along!! we just didn't talk because, well you really don't talk to many people while your in bootcamp :P
Either way, we both came to the same "A" school, and decided to room together, and here we are probably eachothers best friends here in chicago, I got her back all the time, and she's got mine. It's awesome to have shipmates.

This was the view from quarintine! I loved it, the tree's look like they are on fire.

On May 11th I married the love of my Life Clay Dailey. And On July 22nd we are set to have an addition to the family. I'm from a Small town in Idaho. I am a stay at home, soon to be mom. I'm a military wife, and sometimes I hate it. But my husband is so worth it. Clay Is in the military stationed on the George H.W. Bush. Which is an aircraft carrier. He loves his job, even though he doesn't always admit it. He fuels jets, and he says its so high pace, that it only makes the time go by faster. We both get annoyed by the military life sometimes, but its who we are, and neither of us would change anything about it!
